We have learned to say no. It has not been easy, especially when we could have accepted projects that looked interesting on paper but did not align with our vision. We have realised that not all projects are the same and that the real value lies not in filling the roadmap but in building relationships based on trust and transparency.
This awareness has grown project after project, conversation after conversation. We began to ask ourselves different questions, such as: does this client share our values? Can we work together in the long term? Is there room for genuine collaboration, or are we just providing a transactional service?
The answers to these questions guided our choices and allowed us to focus on partnerships that make sense. Not only for us, but also for our customers.
We have consolidated important collaborations such as the one with Despe and established new partnerships with prominent clients who share our approach to work.
But the change wasn't just about our customers. We also underwent an internal transformation, redefining our processes and the way we work together as a team.
2025 was also the year when artificial intelligence ceased to be a theoretical topic and became an integral part of our daily work. The impact of projects requiring integrated AI has clearly increased.
Before the explosion of AI, we collaborated with PrivateGPT, integrating design and interface with artificial intelligence to create solutions that make sense for users.
In addition, we have adopted Claude as our Code Assistant and more. We have optimised internal processes thanks to AI, which has helped us to drastically improve a certain type of work. Through Proof of Concept, we have been able to devise tools that, through the use of AI, optimise tasks that would otherwise take a long time to implement.
We have launched projects that have pushed us beyond the boundaries of what we knew, leading us to explore new territories. Some of these projects represented a real challenge, both in terms of technologies we had never used before, sectors we did not know in depth, and technical challenges that required creative solutions.
In fact, for the first time, we found ourselves working with the public administration, a completely new context for us, which required us to adapt our method to dynamics and processes that were different from those we were used to.
Every time we encountered something new, the temptation to stay in our comfort zone was strong. But we chose to accept the challenge, turning difficulties into opportunities for growth.
We understand that our value lies not only in what we do, but in how we do it. In the method we have developed over time, in the care we take with every detail, in our ability to truly listen to our customers and translate their needs into effective solutions.
This approach will continue to guide us in 2026. We want to further consolidate the relationships we have built, continue working with clients who share our values, and embrace new challenges that allow us to grow.
We know that the market continues to change, that technologies evolve and that customer expectations rise. But we also know that by remaining true to ourselves and our methods, we can face any change.
We are already working on some exciting projects that we will share as soon as possible.
