Frequently asked questions

  • Our services cover two areas. On the one hand, we design and develop websites, e-commerce platforms and web applications, supporting you from the initial concept through to launch and subsequent updates; on the other hand, we work alongside your team, drawing on our UX/UI expertise to redesign an existing product.

  • Your first point of contact will be a member of our team. We’ll start with a conversation to understand what you need, ask you the right questions and work with you to assess whether we’re the right partner for your project.

  • Yes. We work with start-ups and growing SMEs looking for a robust website or bespoke software, and with established companies wishing to modernise their digital tools.

  • No. Our work involves designing and developing websites, applications and web software, and that is where we aim to excel. We focus on technical performance and accessibility – which also help with search engine rankings – but we do not manage SEO campaigns or strategies.

  • If you already have software or an in-house team, we’ll work alongside you as a partner. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll see the project through from concept to launch, involving you in every decision. After release, we can continue to develop it, support it with a dedicated maintenance plan, or hand it over to your team.
