The process, previously fragmented between agencies, cooperatives and municipal administrations, slowed down the provision of services and made it difficult to ensure transparency and traceability of operations.

The goal was to create a single, digital system capable of connecting the entities involved in the process, reducing time, errors and operational complexity.

Result

We have designed and developed an integrated digital solution that centralises operational flows, reduces management times and ensures greater transparency at every stage of the process.

The intuitive and scalable web platform allows you to manage the entire life cycle of social vouchers, from creation to service delivery and real-time monitoring.

Every activity is traceable and verifiable: from project definition and data entry to reporting by cooperatives, creating a digital ecosystem that simplifies collaboration between public bodies and social operators, improving the efficiency and quality of the service offered to citizens.

Tech

To ensure a robust, accessible and scalable product over time, we followed a structured multi-stage design and development process.

We created wireframes and prototypes to validate the information architecture and user experience.

We designed a consistent and accessible Design System based on reusable components to ensure a uniform and scalable UX|/UI over time.

We developed a modular API system capable of supporting evolution and integrating new features over time.

On the front-end side, we developed the platform using React with Next.js and Tailwind, offering high performance and scalability.
