Goal

Jest is a project that arose from the need to create an intuitive and comprehensive management system to simplify the administrative management of its customers.

The goal was to develop a tool that would allow the management of different services among various users, create electronic invoices, and provide management control that would keep everything in order efficiently, eliminating the complexities of traditional systems.

Result

We worked with a focus on the needs of the users who utilise the management system.

After analysing the complexity of the process through Discovery, we carried out UX Research to validate the idea.

For this reason, we conducted Stakeholder Interviews, from which we obtained valuable information that allowed us to fully understand their needs.

We created a management system that perfectly meets the needs of users, simplifies service delivery, improves the administrative process, and integrates electronic invoicing in a simple and secure manner.

Tech

We designed a management system that perfectly meets user expectations, offering a smooth, intuitive and enjoyable browsing experience. We followed a design process based on UX Research and iterative testing to ensure modular and scalable management.

We developed the management system following the Agile approach framework, thus guaranteeing continuous releases and ensuring constant product evolution at the end of each Sprint.

For back-end development, we created REST APIs, while for front-end development we chose React with Next-js.

Finally, we seamlessly integrated all electronic invoicing dynamics to enable easy and secure transmission to the Interchange System.
